We're a little obsessed with spices in our house. Well, in our pantry. We have lots. Loads. Seriously, maybe too many. Here are some spices I added to our cous cous yesterday. Ground cumin, fennel and coriander, plus a bay leaf. I also added some chilli. Yum oh yum... I sauteed the red onion, added the spices and chilli, some sugar, red wine vinegar then cous cous and stock. Delicious!
